If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
The Services are intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older.
3. Scope of Services
TradingSignals.cc provides:
- informational trading signals
- optional memberships
- digital content, including wallpapers
No regulated financial services are provided.
4. No Financial Advice
All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Users remain solely responsible for trading decisions and risk management.
5. Memberships, Purchases & Refund Policy
5.1 Membership Duration
Memberships grant access for the selected duration only and do not auto-renew.
Upon expiration, access to member-only services is revoked.
Data retention follows legal requirements and the Privacy Policy.
5.2 Payment Method – Bitcoin (BTC)
Payments are accepted exclusively via Bitcoin (BTC).
Transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain.
Users are responsible for correct payment details and network fees.
5.3 No Refunds – Digital Content
All Services constitute digital services or digital content.
By completing a purchase, users expressly agree that:
- service delivery begins immediately
- the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to §356(5) BGB
No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, signals, software, branding, and digital products are the exclusive property of TradingSignals.cc.
Unauthorized use, redistribution, or exploitation is prohibited.
7. No Warranty – No Right to Service
Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available”.
TradingSignals.cc may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last three (3) months, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
9. Digital Products – Wallpaper Shop
Wallpapers are digital products for personal, non-commercial use only.
No refunds are issued after delivery.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the CISG.
11. Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction is the operator’s place of business in Germany, where legally permissible.
12. Consumer Protection
Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
13. International Users
Users accessing the Services from outside Germany do so at their own responsibility and must comply with local laws.
14. Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
